I've just started reading Daniel Pink's exciting new book A Whole New Mind where he makes the case that we're moving out of the Information Age—which has favored more "left brain" competencies like reason and logic, and into the Conceptual Age—which favors more "right brain" comepetencies like inventiveness, empathy and meaning-making. Anxiety and Courage

I’ve been reading Peter Block’s Flawless Consulting Field Book and Companion lately, and I was struck by this article from Peter Koestenbaum. I love his take on anxiety’s role in change and growth.
